Meet the Legal Team

Alison heads up our Legal and Regulatory Compliance teams, advising on best practices and ethical compliance. She has amassed nearly two decades worth of industry experience, starting out in her early 20s carrying out IR35 reviews for limited company contractors. In this time, she has been vital in navigating us through key legislation changes and informing our policies, controls and procedures. Outside of work, Alison loves spending time with friends and family and enjoys keeping fit.

Dave is responsible for making sure that we and our clients stay on the right side of the legislation that governs our sector. And with over half a decade in the industry he certainly knows his stuff. Away from work Dave is a music man at heart so when he’s not busy creating a seamless mix of his favourite tracks, you’ll find him planning his next visit to Glastonbury.

Having joined PayStream fresh out of university, Carmel has enjoyed working her way through the Compliance ranks. She started as Compliance Assistant and is now our Regulatory Compliance Manager ensuring that PayStream stays on the right side of all industry regulation and legislation. Away from PayStream you’ll find Carmel spending time with family or planning which city to visit next with her husband.

Mary-Beth joined PayStream nearly a decade ago. After honing her industry knowledge in our Customer Care team she made the move to head up our Compliance & Expenses team. When she’s not at PayStream, you’ll find Mary-Beth taking her beautiful Doberman for a walk or reading the latest addition in her book collection.
